Created by industrial designer Max Gunawan this low-energy lamp is no bigger than a conventional book, illuminated by a high-performing LED. It weighs approximately a 0,453kg and measures 8.5 cm tall, 17.78 wide and 3.175 thick. Thus, it means maximum portability and minimum effort to carry around. The light is embedded with magnets so it can be mounted on a wide variety of surfaces. It’s USB-rechargeable and gives up to 8 hours of power of emitting beckoning glow.
Wuhu, it’s 100-percent recyclable! Made with environmentally friendly materials, including Forest Stewardship Council-certified (FSC) wood, and is available in walnut, maple, and cherry finishes. The wooden cover holds the “pages” that are made from sturdy Tyvek material that expands and emits a warm, diffused light.
